Skinny Baked S'mores Recipe
• 1 sleeve of graham crackers
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup marshmallows
Directions:
the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put parchment paper in an 8x8-inch baking dish and put it aside.
The graham crackers should be processed in a food processor until they resemble tiny crumbs. Crumbs should be transferred to a medium bowl.
Then combine the melted butter with the sugar, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs to thoroughly cover them.
In a uniform layer, press the graham cracker mixture into the baking dish that has been prepared.
On top of the graham cracker layer, scatter the chocolate chips.
Over the chocolate chips, place the marshmallows.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are toasted.
Prior to cutting and serving the s'mores, give them some time to cool.
