Triple chocolate chip cookies

 Triple chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Stir in all the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave about 2 inches between each cookie to allow for spreading.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy your homemade triple chocolate chip cookies!

Note: You can adjust the quantity of chocolate chips if you prefer more or less chocolate in your cookies, and you can use different type of chocolate chips or even chocolate chunks too.
