Rocky road

 Rocky road

Ingredients:

1 cup (240g) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup (120g) unsalted butter
1 cup (240ml) miniature marshmallows
1 cup (120g) chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts or pecans)
1 cup (120g) crumbled graham crackers or cookies (such as Oreos)

Instructions:

Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the marshmallows, chopped nuts, and crumbled graham crackers or cookies.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly.
Let the rocky road cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once the rocky road is firm, remove it from the pan and cut it into small squares or bars.
Note: You can also add other ingredients such as dried fruits, coconut flakes, or pretzels to the rocky road mixture. Or you can use dark chocolate or milk chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate.
